Playsound condition in BUDDYLIST

i was looking at my BUDDYLIST template and i saw something like;

whats that for?

i asked this feature in vb.com too but they didnt answer. i think this is an option to play a sound file when a buddy of you is online at the forum. i think this is one of the lovely undocumented features of vbulletin :)
