Forgot Password Help

Hi , I recently upgraded to the latest virsion for VB and now their are few problems

When click on forgot password its going to a page saying Page Not Found .. is any way i can fix it .. i am not good in PHP .. all i do is follow the instructions...

also archive is not found either....

PLEASE HELP ME

Make sure all the files uploaded, sounds like a few are missing.
