Available one thread?!?!?!

Dear Guys

I want to make a private forum by example a forum for members to tell their notes about the moderators but i don't want anyone to view other one subject...means you can see your thread only and the admin...
this part i know how to make
i need your help on the other part
which is
how to make one thread or two appear for all that forum visitors
just like an announcement for them

can i make that thread visible for all while the forum is private?

please help me

you cannot do this without modification... of which i have no idea right now how to do.

You do can do that with the default Usergroup/Forum settings. Just set "Can view other's threads" to "No".
