IMG tag not working in signatures, how'd this happend?

My site: http://doubleyellowcard.com - people can't use img tags in there signatures apart from the admins. How did this happen? I did nothing to memory that made this happen, is there anyway to fix it so everyone can use images in there signatures?

check your usergroup settings. If you've made changes there you may have disabled the use [IMG] option in signatures.
