can anyone tell me what i broke? lol

reupload global.php

If you've recently installed any plugins, modifications or anything like that, remove them and try again

all i did was change permissions on for vbshout...
I dont know anything about this crap...
all my files for vb were on a computer that broke.. im at a loss here

Just download the files again from the members area at vbulletin.com.

alright i downloaded the files, uploaded global.php checked the box to overwrite existing files and it still doesnt work...

any ideas?

Try replacing all existing files and turning off all products / plugins.

wont i lose everything if i replace all the files?

im not very good with this stuff.. i had a board tech that did all this for me.. but he dissapeared..

alright, i turned off all plugins, i think the only thing i have is the shoutbox, now the site works, except of course the shout... it worked for months, then all the sudden not...
