upload and render video

Just curious if anyone has come out with a mod that will not only upload files to server through vbulletin, but then also render these files to a flash file.
It would also be nice to know who the file came from and a message that can be sent with file, saying thanks or would like a responses when file is completed, something like that I guess. Do I make any sense here?:alien:

I would also like to have something like this for our site. It would be processor intensive and require some dependencies (like server side configuration) but if someone made a 3rd party add on, I bet you could sell the heck out of that addition!
