Forum slow

I have had reports from my members that site is a little slow but I want to keep all my hacks

I have loads of mods installed, vbplaza, ibproarcade, global announcement, loads of little hacks, 6 styles.

What would be the best way to monitor it and speed it up? I have been looking at plugin accelerator and template cache but I ain't sure

What are your server loads looking like? Try installing Microstats if you're on Apache and it'll give you an idea. With a DB that small, even the lightest hosting plan should be fine, so my first thought is that you might have a lot of uncached templates somewhere.

I have installed Microstats and my forum index has 11 queries

Your forum is not slow at-all. Maybe it's on there end? they could be running on a slow connection.
