How do I change size for Signature Picture?

My forum only allows 2.0 KB to be uploaded for their signature picture, how do I make this bigger?

It isn't under attachments and I'm at a complete loss:confused:

Signature Image Maximum Filesize is a usergroup setting (part of Picture Uploading Permissions) in the usergroup manager.
