Ban Reason in User Title

I know at another site runnning vBulletin when users get banned, the reason that you input when you ban someone shows up in that banned user's user title. I asked around at vbulletin.com and they told me to come on over here, so here I am. I searched a little bit, but I didn't find anything obvious.

So, any help would be appreciated.

When they banned them, they prob just edited there title.
