what can be done about these..........

Im pretty sure the guy has a valid license, i think he is just grabbing hacks for people and posting them on his board for anyone to have.

i wont post the url until someone tells me what i should do.

also seems hes trying to squeeze a little cash out of it by requesting that people click his adsense banner if they get the hack they requested form him.

Not only are you getting the Adsense TOS police here riled up, they are probably breaking their liscense agreement with Jelsoft, as well as copyright violations.

Simply report the board to Jelsoft, see if they do anything with it. And inform the coders whose hacks are being jacked, about it and they can email the hosting company if they wish
