Is it possible to give a moderator access to the forum manager to add/remove forums but not access to anything else?

Same question...the MOD can fully manage only forum where are moderator ??

Just found it.

Its under Usergroups --> Administrator Permissions

Yes...but i need the usergroup "moderator" can manage only forum where are setting moderator...the MOD can create subforum of the forum where are moderator...and more other option... is possible?
