Registration PM

I'm using 3.6.2. I went through "Download Mos" but didn't find something for automatic PM on registration. Please provide me the link if you have it.

AdminCP>vBOptions>User Registration Options >Middle of the page there is something called

Welcome Private Message , enter a user in there and also you can edit the body and the title :)
