Please critique my site. Don't hold back.
The site is a community support forum for cable provider Suddenlink.
http://suddenlink-forum.com
I also have http://suddenlinkforum.com which has the '-'dash removed. Do you recommend I market the url with or without the dash?
Thanks for taking the time to look the site over.

1st thought is that I'm not liking the missing teeth of your avatar :P
2nd thought is that for a "cable provider" I sure hope they don't offer internet service, as the site took forever to load....
3rd thought is that the skin is simple enough and lovely for a cable provider type service
4th thought is definitely minus the hyphen
5th thought is "I sure hope they're not an example providing cable internet..."
really - the site took like forever to load completely... (over 20 seconds to load a page is enough for me to click the "X" to shut the page window...)
ALSO - your avatar is soooooo very u-g-l-y dude :P LOL
Jacquii.
EDIT - just logged on again and the site loaded very quickly... Must've been the .99 of the 1% downtime?
