I would like to have something like this, i just tried it quick and it takes more than five mins to do so i thought i'd par it off to someone more knowledgeable in the AJAX field.

I have already made code like this for a client sites that allows the user to control advanced ajax usage overriding the vbulletin defualt admin option for it.
I will contact the client shortly and see if they mind if I release it.

Dude, can't you make a simple hack like that given you are an advanced coder? Anyway, I'll release something like that. :)

i suck, i get intimidated by AJAX. when i tried to do it, it just never worked so i gave up at the first hurdle due to doing other things. thank you in advance though. i guess if nothing appears before the week ends i'll have to take this a little more seriously and try and achieve it myself.
