This adds links to many areas of vBulletin.org.
After installation, you can:

- Visit the vBulletin.org from your Admin CP
- Download modifications
- Visit the forum
- Read announcements
- And more!!

All you have to do is upload the cpnav_vborg.xml to the includes/xml folder in your vBulletin ;)
