Looking for help (Logo and Header)

Hi

I have just bought a vBulletin license for my german medical patient community www.patientenfragen.net .
I normaly have a designer for these kind of jobs but at the moment he is realy busy and he woun't be able to help me for over 2 month.

That is why I decided to ask for your help.

I am looking for a logo that can also be used as no_new_posts and new_posts image, like I currently do on my forum.
Currently my logo is the cross with the Rod of Asclepius (that is the white twisty thing ;)).

I am looking for a small (max. around 100px hight) header image as well with the new logo embedded.

The logo and header must fit the currently used color scheme on www.patientenfragen.net

Here are some infos about my theme/nieche:

Theme: Forum for german medical patients to ask questions and get help
Topics/forums: prevention, school medicine, alternative medicine, illnesses, nursing, nutrition


If anyone is willing to help me, that would be greatly appreciated
