I created a custom page which has subpages and it shows this:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /var/www/html/(mypage).php
Line: 2

This is tottaly tempermental It'll display this to some but not to others WHY!? I can see it fine. Can someone please help me?

remove any blank lines from the start of the php file
