View Full Version : The new RSS Feed option links for members only?

Hi i used to use rss bot on the old version of my vb forum, but now we have a RSS Feed option installed allready I am going to be using this soon.

The section where all my RSS posts go are not open to guests but I would like it to be, now as there is a link in the RSS posts I was trying to think of a way to make the link a register link then for members the real RSS link.

Does any one have any idea how I could do this? :paranoid:

But I dont want to make all links for members only just these

Just to clarify, you want to have an RSS-feed fill a section of your forum, but have the <link> field of the XML go to the Register page instead of the destination URL if the user is not registered (instead of the destination URL, which is reserved for members)?
