Avatar's In 3.6.2 Troubles

I have checked and rechecked all options concerning avatars being enabled for registered users but none of the users are able to see the "edit avatar" option!

Am I doing something wrong, options checked in vbulletin settings and avatar manager.

You've tried in Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Registered Users > Scroll down to "Picture Uploading Permissions" ?

I've had this prolem too and followed ericgtr's instruction but member still can not upload animation avatar.

Have any one another solution?
