I deleted my default skin because its ugly, but now I want to use it for skinning purposes. where can I find it?

You can open your zip file that you downloaded vBulletin in, Find the file near the top called

vbulletin-style.xml

Drag it to your desktop and import it through adminCP

Simply create a new skin like this.

adminCP -> Styles and Templates -> Stlye manager

at the bottom click the add new skin.
