Adding new skin with hacks

I am wanting to add a new skin to my site.How can i incorprate the hacks i have already installed into the new skin?Ie i have the left and right side column hack,adsense in the thread hack as well as arcade,store and several others..the skin i have is messed up all of a sudden in the threads..site is'
