Importing Posts From One vBulletin forum to another ...

I would like to move around 30,000 posts from one forum to another forum that I currently have.

Firstly how do you do this and secondly does it copy the posts or actually move them ...

Also when they move do they retain the URL of the previous forum or change to the new one?

Any help would be greatfully received

You would use Impex, and it copies them.

Not sure what you mean by the other question, to view them them will obviously require the url of the new forum.

Is it easy to do or would I need someone in the know to do it? as in a paid service?

Well if the posts are currently on www.seatforum.net/forum and I want to move them to www.seatcarclub.co.uk/forum once they have moved will they intergrate into the car club database and will have the car club url and will people still be able to post on them ...

BTW I am not a webmaster or coder I am the owner asking for help :)
