Jst gave it a lovely makeover

1.4) All nominated boards must use vBulletin, open to all guest, and can not contain or promote any adult and/or illegal material. Any boards that go against this rule will be disqualified immediately.

Apart from this, a very nice design.

That rule is really aimed more at "Adult Sites" as in porn type sites. All sites are checked before the actual contest.

Lists are normally not tabulated until after nominations are closed - the last time IIRC correctly a non-staff member did it.

Is there a prize for the winner? A free owned vB License would be nice :p

It would be nice, but vbulletin.org has no money to give prizes - also, even if we did, since the winner obviously already has a licence, that's possibly not the best choice of prize. :)

Possibly call out to the community and I'm sure some people will donate prizes/services to the winner.

Thats a great idea Shelley! I, for one, would be happy to donate to the contest here :)

It's an interesting idea, one for us to discuss internally.

vb.org is owned by Jelsoft - it would cost them next to nothing to give out 12 licenses a year... so c'mon who's the best negotiator out of you guys? :rambo:

If you start accepting prizes from third parties, you will basically be promoting their products.. not sure if Jelsoft would be happy with that tbh. In addition, people may not actually want to win one of those, but at least with a vB licence it can be sold on.

We are looking into options to have some prize for our contest (in general) winners, but don't expect this to happen overnight.

As posted in the updated rules (and in the nomination thread), every member can second up to 3 sites in a single post.
