Hello - Newbie

G'Day VBers,

We have a VB forum 3.5.4 and I have been delegated as an admin boy. Trouble is its my wifes forum and she's good at Front-end/moderator stuff but not so with the Blue AdminCP. Me too. The hassle is its all in arabic. Fine for her but not for me. I bumble through the ACP not by word recogniton but by counting down the lines etc to find what I need. Just about 'flying blind' you could say. This coupled with a total lack of knowledge and experience renders me pretty much useless.

A person who showed me some things called up an english version on-line to walk me through the adminCP but I've lost his contact and the link.

Is this right type of forum to ask for assistance?

You should ask the license holder to add your email address to the Priority Support email addresses list.
