Just the user who opened the thread and moderators

Are there some way?, all the threads of only ones forums can be private (read and write) between the moderators or certain group, and only the user who opened the thread, no more users

Yes, just set the correct permissions for each usergroup ('Can View Others' Threads' is the important one).

But, then would have than have one usergroup for each username because I want use usergroups for order users, and I want this to do a way of Tickets system with vBulletin
