Graphics at top of page

I want to make my own graphics at the top of the page in my vbadvanced and the rest of the pages. I'm absolutely new at this so I'm sure you're going to think this is a stupid question. But I have absolutely no idea how to go about it.

Tutorials for what making them or adding them? and what images and where do you want to add them your post makes no sense .

A tutorial to add them. I'm talking about adding graphics at the top of the page where the logo initially is in VBulletin. But I'd like to put images on the left side of the page as well.
