inserting table into thread?

hi, is there anyway of inserting a table made in frontpage into a thread, when i try it all goes messed up, just wondering if there was a hack for this??

Have Front Page save your work in HTML, and then insert that HTML coding into the post after enabling HTML for that forum, or use the advanced WYSYWIG editor built into vBulletin and create the table with that.
