How to get non English fonts to show...

I have been looking for a way to get non English fonts in my case Greek to display properly on IE and Fire Fox. I have to manually go to encoding and view Greek in Greek(windows) version. I even tried changing the charsets from ISO 8859-7 still no good. Any one have any ideas?
