Looking for a mod (or template edit?) for AdSense

Hey guys, just wondering if someone could shed some light on how I can integrate adsense into my forum like in the included pic. Not sure if its a mod, may be as simple as a template edit, but I still have no idea, as i'm somewhat of a coding noob. Any input would help! :)

Have a look for the deep adsense integration. I'm pretty sure it is part of that modification.
