I cant use symbols such as: & " (quotations) ? And a few othersAnyone know how to fix these? I have the 2.0 shoutbox and it has given me nothing but trouble since I got it :(.

Zero Tolerance released a new version of vBShout, but not on vBulletin.org ;)
This new version fixes the problem you are experiencing.
