A friend of mine has several vbulletin licenses but all of his forums bascially died or never picked up.

Do you guys have a nice idea for a forum ? He does not really want to make money for it ...

I am also out of ideas ...

I was lucky with ut2007world.com since I had people actually pushing me into it so once the forum was online I had already a bunch of people there ..

Personally I am looking for an idea where I could use the vbulletin forum WITHOUT mods and skins so an upgrade takes only two minutes :P :P

In my experience, if the admin isn't passionate about the subject matter, the forum won't take off. I could stand up a fantastic forum about basket weaving, but in the end, if the admin doesn't care, neither will anyone else.
