change default vbstyle to fixed width?

can someone help me make my default vbskin - fixed width,
is there any easy modifications in templates or css or is this job for webdesigner??

if it is simple plz show me any link or small tut.

Try asking in the correct forum first.

Styles & Templates > Styles Manager > Click Drop down menu > StyleVars > Main Table Width (pixels or percentage)
