Change new thread font color

For the life of me I cannot figure it out, I upgraded the style and the new thread comes up bold but since the color is an off white it does not stick out as much. Is this located through the phrases somewhere? V-3.0.7

Replace with
<strong><a href="showthread.php?$session[sessionurl]t=$thread[threadid]$thread[highlight]" id="thread_title_$thread[realthreadid]"><font color="#FFFF42">$thread[threadtitle]</font></a></strong>

Change color # to the color you want, right now it is yellow
