How do I add .php as an extension?

I want to let my forum members have .php as an allowed extension so they can upload .php files as an attachment, does anyone know where I can find this in my AdminCP?

You can add a new extension via the following url:

vBulletin AdminCP -> Attachments -> Attachment Manager -> Add New Extension
