Bug Tracker integration?

Is anyone aware of a Bug Tracking / Customer Support Incident tool that's integrated with vBulletin? How about Bugzilla?

Ideally, a bug tracking tool would:

- Use the vBulletin user database and peg permissions in the tracker to the user groups in vBulletin.

- Even nicer would be the ability to use vBulletin's thread/message system for developer communication on any open issue.

Any thoughts?
