How do I export all my users from one forum to another?

I would like to export all the users i have in one forum and import them into another.

The problem is the export board is 3.0.7 and the import version is 3.6.2

Is this possible?

I know i can backup "users" on 3.0.7 and then restore them on the other forum but i predict certain disaster if i try this.

Use ImpEx (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/impex) to import only the users of the 3.0.7 board to a new 3.6.2 installation on the same server ;)

If the new board is on another server, use the Moving Servers (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/moving_servers) manual afterwards (so first install a clean 3.6.2 install on the same server with the ImpEx import) :)
