vBulletin 3.6.2 has been released today.

The vBulletin team is always keen to stay on top of newly discovered problems in the software and when a potential data-loss flaw was discovered in vBulletin 3.6.1 a patch was released within hours.

This release includes that patch, along with fixes for a number of other problems and glitches that have been found along the way.

Although this is not a security-driven release, it does nonetheless contain resolutions for several important bugs and we would recommend that all customers upgrade to 3.6.2 at their earliest convenience.
Full announcement here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=203417).

3.6.0 or 3.6.1?
3.6.1
Shouldn't be too much of a difference for either

Templates maybe, You might have to revert some, Plugins will stil be installed but might have to take some tweaking for them to work.

I just had my vbulletin upgraded to 3.6.2 and for some reason vbJournal will not re-install and work with 3.6.2. Please help. My members would be very upset if they were to loose all their journal entries.

Thank you,
Luci (Widebertha)

In the vbJournal thread (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=96462).

You may want to note that no 'official' vbJournal 3.6 versions exists atm.

I'm having problems with the RSS feeds after I upgraded. Seems I can only have about 10-12 at a time. Any more than that and it times out and causes a database error. Also I have been getting quite a few random database error messages since the upgrade...... :surprised:
