AOL browser issues?

Hi guys,

One of my users is having login issues while using AOL. I told the user to accept cookies from our site but still she has problems staying logged in. Is there a compatibility issue with AOL and vBulletin? If not, then what should I tell the user to do? Personally I don't care for AOL so I'm not familiar with it. Thanks for helping ;)
