vBsupport but it if full of bugs! I use it on my site and the bugs only really impact the staff (normally) but it is the best option I have seen... It does not seem to work with 3.6.1 however?

Hi

You could always use an external program such as HCL (http://www.helpcenterlive.com/policy.php)(Help Center Live) free, or Kayako (http://www.kayako.com/) not free, i use kayako (http://www.kayako.com/), its very good and you will find a lot of web hosts use kayako as well, I am using thier SupportSuite, which includes everything you would need, such as, Live help, Support Tickets, Troubleshooter, News, Downloads and more.

Hope this helps

vBsupport for 3.5.4 does work with no problems on 3.6.0 but DB errors when ran on 3.6.1

"No Problems"? I guess you included my fixes but did you also fix the page nav, the edit posts bug, and others?

Like I said, it works but it has bugs... LOTS of bugs!

I have version 2.0 Beta 2 installed, I had no bugs, tickets posted fine, edited fine, everything worked fine on vB3.6.0...till I upgraded to vB3.6.1

I would also find this sort of hack useful with the new vbulletin :)
