two DB one user table

pls i need a help here

i have forum but its in arabic

so im thinking abut open anther forum in english

but what i want is to make the user in one DB

what i mean is

all the user in the old forum can join to the new forum

just the user not all

and any one regster in any forum he will be regstered in the other forum

hope i make my idea clear

a new forum would mean a second licence .... unless it is hosted on the same domainname and uses the same database

who talk abut the licence

im talking abut if i can make it as two DB but one DB for user the user table

can i make that

thats all what im asking not the licence

i have my licence and dont worry every thing is legel with me

in other hand:

main DB in leblover.com/vb1 (users allredy exest) Arabic
new DB leblover.com/vb2 (no users in this DB) English

needed a hack for vb2 files to read users info from vb1 DB
thats all

So ofcores there will be some new fetshers:
1- one regesteration for bothe DB
2- one login method ( user can login from vb1 or vb2)
3- user can post new topics or reply in both DBs)
