Need help with DB

I did a simple prune of a SINGLE user and now my site is not working properly. Is there a way to repair the DB? Silly me for thinking pruning some threads would destroy my DB. My most current back up is a week old because of the auto back-up hack didn't work properly! I have it set for every 23 hours and it hasn't worked in a week!

Any help would be appreciated.
