help , moving online users to top with top ten , vb 3.6.1

i got the code hack
to move my online users to the top

but now my top ten stat hack can't be moved down
here is my forum home template in this thread
can some one have a look
and fix it
for my online users are just over the forums
and my top ten stats are under the forums
i posted it over here

they gave me the hack to move online to top
but not the fix to move top ten down
