Sidebar For vb3.6.1

Hi gang, I'm running vB 3.6.1 and would like to know how I can go about adding a sidebar to my forums that will show up on all pages.

I'm just looking at alternatives to displaying our sponsor's banners and text links.

The other alternative is to display these banners and text links on top of the site. But I really don't want to screw around with the header code of the vbulletin.
