I'm having a problem with the WYSIWYG Editor being mis-aligned with Firefox, yet it displays perfectly in IE. For some reason in Firefox it does't go to center the editor, it gets pushed off to the right.
I've attached an image of what it's doing. Thanks for the help.

It's your smilies - they are too big.
I suggest reordering your smilies set. This can be done in Smilies Manager.
You can also move the smilies to the bottom of the editor - similar to what is available on vb.org. (view my sig)

isnt it possible to move the editor to the left?

try increasing the style variables in STYLE MANAGER specifically for the editor/forms
