Well lets start at the beginning ;)

1. No idea what you style is like apart from red. I've reloaded the page 6 times and it still hasn't loaded it correctly. It is too image heavy and only suitable for broadband users.

2. good amount of forums. There are a couple of empty ones there so keep an eye on them and if they are still empty at the end of october then I would remove them.

3. Your stats are not too bad. Keeping good discussions going is hard when the site is small, but with time and patience it will grow.

4. your style has just finshed loading - thats almost 15 mins after I opened the page. It looks really good, but just isn't very practical for people on slow connections.

5. I really like your logo. It captures the Japanese theme perfectly.
