Say i have a database, and i have two seperate users tables. One is the users for a game im creating, the other VB users table. I have managed to add the users to the database they use the same password and same username. When a user browses to forumvb.php i want them to be logged in and redirected to the forum.

I dont want to have to force them to enter a username and password again as they have already done that, i simply want them logged into VBulletin. Is there any hacks that allow this, if not is it possible to do? Ive played with the VB code a lot and cant seem to figure out how to do this.

Any help extremely appreciated

Thanks

You can use the below code in any php file on your server. Just make sure the URL for global.php is correct.

<?php

// ####################### SET PHP ENVIRONMENT ###########################
error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE);

// #################### DEFINE IMPORTANT CONSTANTS #######################
define('THIS_SCRIPT', 'statistics');

// ################### PRE-CACHE TEMPLATES AND DATA ######################
// get special phrase groups
$phrasegroups = array('global');

// get special data templates from the datastore
$specialtemplates = array();

// pre-cache templates used by all actions
$globaltemplates = array();

// pre-cache templates used by specific actions
$actiontemplates = array();

// ######################### REQUIRE BACK-END ############################
require_once('./global.php');

// ################################################## #####################
// ######################## START MAIN SCRIPT ############################
// ################################################## #####################

$content['title'] = "Your title";

$navbits = construct_navbits(array('' => "Navbit Title"));

eval('$navbar = "' . fetch_template('navbar') . '";');

ob_start();
?>

Add your content here

<?

$content['main'] = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();

eval('print_output("' . fetch_template('BASE TEMPLATE') . '");');

?>

This little script requires a template. I added the template in debug mode and called it BASE TEMPLATE

$stylevar[htmldoctype]
<html dir="$stylevar[textdirection]" lang="$stylevar[languagecode]">
<head>
<!-- no cache headers -->
<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache" />
<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="-1" />
<meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache" />
<!-- end no cache headers -->
$headinclude
<title>$vboptions[bbtitle] - $content[title]</title>
</head>
<body>
$header
$navbar

$content[main]

$footer
</body>
</html>

I think that should do it.
