help! i have a hack that wont let me go into my forums

i installed a hack that changes my pages to html pages and now that i upgraded to 3.6.1 i cant go int oany of my forums. can anyone help me with this i need to go live soon and i cant cause i cant figure out the error.

i disabled the plug ins but something else seems to be causing the error. my co admin fixed this before but hes not on and i need this fixed asap.
