Constant Time Outs

I setup my board not to time out FOREVER. I can leave my own logged in account on forever.. come back 17 hours later and I'm still logged in.

A few of my users keep getting Time Outs so they have to reloggin the forum while they are playing in the Arcade... or just reading a post too long. How do I fix this?

yeah, i've just had this reported to me by some of my users as well. any ideas?

EDIT: Think i have it fixed it for now. If i have any further problems, i'll repost.

To the other two guys, double check that the users in question have the remember me box checked. The default option is that users will automatically become inactive after 15 mins and if they dont have the remember me box checked, that seems to be logging them out. You can increase this time in the admincp. Admincp->vboptions->cookies and HtTP options. Change session timeout to a higher value. Hope this works for you

just fyi, the first time i rceived too many reports to be just a "remember me box" problem, i've increased the timeout limit to 6000 but the problem remained.. i think that vB devs have solved this with 3.6.1 but i'll keep an eye on this ;)
