Remove the extra <br> after the [/QUOTE] in newreply

Where can I remove the automatic added <br> created after the [/QUOTE] tag in newreply when a member tries to quote a post.

Everyone adds an extra enter anyway so I like to get rid of it, telling them will not work because new users do it again.
