Upgrading questions

I've just upgraded from 3.5.4 to 3.6.0 and I've got a couple of questions. When someone clicks on the lastpost arrow, they get this message: No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator.

And another is that the quick reply is being weird. When you hit 'post quick reply', it doesn't show up after it posts. You have to refresh to see what you posted.

1.) Did you already update the forum counters?

2.) Try to create new style and see if you've the same problem there.

Make sure that all templates are reverted, and that you have rebuilt the thread and forum counters.

If it still doesn't work, disable your plugin system, remove any SEO or URL Rewriting modifications and try again.

Ack! I'm back. The 'last post' arrow on the index page of the forums does NOT work, I get the same error. But the ones on the forumdisplay pages do work... any ideas? I've tried disabling the plugin/hook system and there's no changes. And I've reverted all templates.
